Methodology

How we score quantum-readiness.

Every score is a weighted sum of six pillars. Weights are public and editable when better evidence shows up.

Transparency

20%

Public design docs, open-source code, third-party audits, disclosed roadmaps.

Security

35%

Cryptographic design soundness, audit status, and operational hygiene.

Adoption

15%

Real-world usage, integrations, and wallet/exchange support.

Developer Activity

15%

Commit cadence, contributor diversity, and release discipline.

Decentralization

10%

Validator distribution, governance, and dependency surface.

Usability

5%

Wallet UX, key management, and migration ergonomics.

Confidence levels

Every score carries Low, Medium, or High confidence based on source quality, audit status, and editorial review.

Editorial review

Rankings are not auto-generated. Each project profile is reviewed before publication and re-checked when claims change.

Editable evidence

Confidence and weights can be revised as new audits, standards, or vendor disclosures land. Changes are dated.
